At Untamed, we want you to feel as bold as our designs; if your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your style, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
